Josh brings nearly two decades of experience within the Neighborly system, with a career built on driving growth, strengthening franchise operations, and developing high-performing teams. He began his journey in franchising in 2006 and has held key leadership roles across sales, operations, and brand management—including serving as Vice President of Operations for Mr. Electric before stepping into the role of President.

Most recently, Josh led HouseMaster as President, where he focused on innovation, franchisee support, and expanding market impact—experience he now brings back to the Mr. Electric network as he leads the brand into its next phase of growth.

Josh is known for his people-first leadership style and his commitment to helping franchise owners build strong, scalable businesses. He is passionate about empowering teams, leveraging technology and systems to drive performance, and creating long-term value for franchisees across the network.

Based here in Waco, Texas, and a graduate of Baylor University, Josh is deeply rooted in the community and committed to building a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the brand.

As he often emphasizes, success at Mr. Electric comes from working together, supporting one another, focusing on what matters most, and continuously raising the standard of service for customers and franchise owners alike.

Brandon brings a wealth of operational and leadership experience to the role. Originally from Mart, Texas, just outside Waco, he earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.

Brandon began his career with McLane Company, serving in multiple operational and leadership roles from 2009 to 2017, including Operations Trainer, Human Resource Specialist, Department Supervisor, Outbound Manager, and Distribution Center Manager.

In January 2018, Brandon joined Neighborly (formerly The Dwyer Group) as a Business Coach with The Grounds Guys. After a brief period managing his own automotive repair business, he returned to Neighborly in 2019 as a Business Coach for Aire Serv, a role he held until March 2024, when he became Director of Systems for Aire Serv.

Brandon and his wife, Brittany, live in Temple, Texas, with their three children. We are confident that Brandon’s extensive experience and leadership skills will be a tremendous asset to Mr. Electric as we continue to grow and support our franchise system.
